Dilapidated apartment, no light on the outdoor terrace (practical for dinner in the evening)! no light in the interior staircase, so dangerous! very old garden furniture, dirty and old shower curtain, unmanageable shower water flow!!!! switches of each part obsolete!!!

Little investment for this rental. The only house that doesn't have a gate or deckchair. Arriving first, the end of season cleaning did not have to be applied. Cordially

Property has everything she needs. No great luxury but basic comfort. A pity about a number of small points that were not in order such as various lamps that did not work, shower rod holder that is loose. From the house you are a 10-minute walk to the beach of Bonparteau via the black gate (key does not work on the green gate). The pool at 1min steps is really wonderful. Very spacious and never really crowded. Ideal property for a family holiday.

Nice, clean and quiet complex with 1 downside it is quite remote and in height, so very car dependent.
