Very good location, large balcony, quiet house, friendly neighbors, clean, underground parking, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine available. Negative: Elevator sometimes out of service. At 140 cm in the bedroom, the bed is too small for two people. The sofa bed in the living room is unusable – the mattress is very dirty, worn, and much too thin. Sleeping is only possible with improvised padding. It urgently needs replacing – otherwise, the apartment is unsuitable for four people.

Recent, pleasant, well-appointed and very well-located apartment. Hairdryer provided. The bedding needs to be reviewed (very thin and uncomfortable mattress for the sofa bed, small and too soft mattress in the bedroom). There are no shelves to store clothes in the wardrobe, equipped only with rods. Some persistent odors in the toilet despite intense and regular cleaning. Impeccable parking and very practical with access from the elevator.

Location well located if you like entertainment: bar, restaurant, shops, beach nearby. Very clean, well equipped. The quality of the stay depends on the neighborhood: very discreet for the period we booked.

Apartment well located in the city center but away from noise. Well equipped, very clean. The bedding in the room is very good. The complaint would be the lack of storage for clothes. The entrance cupboard is occupied by household equipment, the bedroom cupboard is just a wardrobe, the rest being occupied by the owners' belongings. The sofa bed squeaks with every movement, it's quite unpleasant, and the mattress is tired. Therefore, it is more suitable for a couple than for 4 people.
