New, very nice, and clean apartment close to the city center – the city center and beaches are within walking distance. The living room is a bit small, so it's OK for two people if you have to move the dining table from the terrace to the living room because it's too warm or too cold outside. But it's OK for two people. The only downside is the garage space in the underground garage. It's located directly to the left of the entrance gate. Driving in is extremely difficult – you do it once, then park on the street.
