Holiday Rental Description

If Cannes is calling your name, you couldn’t ask for a better location. This central apartment is a ten-minute stroll from La Croisette and the beach and close to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Tucked on the top floor, it’s compact yet comfortable. The kitchen is handy for breakfast and the bedrooms benefit from en-suite showers (although you’ll have to share the single toilet). And two of the rooms have Juliet balconies, so you can enjoy your morning coffee in the warm Riviera air. Planning to venture further afield? The station is also nearby, making it easy to explore the Côte d'Azur by train.

Home truths:
*While each of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, there's only one toilet here. As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathrooms.
*The en-suite showers are open to the sleeping space, so privacy is limited.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob and microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
