This modern and minimalist apartment gets top marks for location. Just a short walk from the famous Croisette Beach and the many boutiques and restaurants in Cannes, this is the ideal spot to explore on foot. The design is understated – especially the bedrooms – but there's plenty of space here for groups to stretch out, thanks in part to the split-level layout. Our favourite feature is the terrace. Whether you're enjoying morning coffees or evening sundowners, it's the perfect place to soak up the sunshine and salty air.

*While the fourth bathroom isn’t photographed in full, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*This apartment is situated on two floors. Though there’s a lift in the building, there are stairs inside, which means it may not suit guests with reduced mobility.
*The design is rather basic here, particularly the bedrooms. We’ve let it into our collection on account of the fantastic location.
