Holiday Rental Description

Set in the heart of Cannes, this architect-designed duplex lives up to its polished surroundings. Perched on the top floor with a private lift, the living spaces are filled with light and open out to sweeping views over the old port and the sea – a backdrop that’s, quite frankly, hard to beat. Inside, the design is contemporary but with stone walls and high beam ceilings that nod to its history. There’s an open-plan kitchen, two living areas and if music’s your thing, a small studio. The location is what really shines, though. The Palais des Congrès is just an eight-minute walk away, while beaches, markets, and of course, the Croisette all within easy strolling distance.

Home truths:
*The second bedroom features a convertible single bed that can be made into a double. When used as a double the room is quite small with limited storage space. However, it has everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Your host may be able to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, with prior approval from them.
