Terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Terraced house "La Criée". 500 m from the centre of La Turballe, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 40 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn, parking space n 7 at the house at 100 m. Shop, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Port de pêche 600 m, Guérande-La Brière 8 km, Pornichet-La Baule 15 km, Le Croizic 18 km, Nantes 90 km. Hiking paths: GR34.

There were three of us for two weeks in the apartment, which was all in all good and functional. Three points are worth mentioning and should be included in the description: The toilet is on the ground floor, the bathroom upstairs by the bedrooms has no toilet. In the master bedroom with a French bed, there is a duvet for both with a size of approx. 2.10x2.10, so much too big for German bed linen. The nice "key lady" does not speak English/German.

We were disappointed because we did not find sheets or towels tea towels?? The other rentals have always equipped nowadays the cleanliness was limited (vacuum cleaner really dirty!!) brooms out of order the garden very little maintained) few dishes but it was quiet and quite well placed

Nice house in a small quiet alley. Immediate proximity to the ocean (about 5 minutes on foot). Close to amenities (super u in 5 min by car, city center on foot in 10 min not even).
