Les Hippocampes

The furnishings are very basic. The pans had no fitting lids, there were no serving spoons, no pot holders, no pacemats and only 1 coaster. No doormat inside the door in case of rain, but 1 lounge chair for 2 people. The light in the toilet is a bulb on a loose cord and the water does not have enough power to flush the toilet. No wifi. No good hooks for clothes and towels, only 1 or 2 blocks on the wall. The location is great.

The house is small and compact, the location and distance to the beach is great. Unfortunately, the facilities were rather poor. TWO cups for four people is rather bad. Some things for outside were broken or defective. We reported everything to the agency. It would be helpful if they really checked before new occupants... Another note about La Tranche itself: if you have an emergency, you will NOT be helped without an appointment, neither in La Tranche nor in Longeville.

The house is too humid

Nice little house, the rooms are a good size and with good sized storage. The garden is ok, just lacks a little privacy at the front of the house. The house is well located, beach 5 mins walk and city center 10 mins by bike, and quiet area.

Reasonable.to good. Too bad there was no wifi.

Eveluation is average for the following reasons: 1. Garbage collection is irregular 2. Toilet flushing is very weak 3. There is no awning over the front door in case of heavy rain 4. The small garden is not maintained
