Spacious house, superb outdoor spaces...but we had trouble believing the heated pool...stated at 25°? but difficult to get in... We had wanted the comfort of this "plus" of a heated pool and had paid the price, we will not do it again! Problems with electrical controls required the visit of the owners (gate..pool cover) ...and/or company: difficult to feel cut off from the schedule (visits planned on such and such a day..). Too bad.

From start to finish it was a dream for us. The welcome was warm. The house is nice and light. The furniture is simple but good and it was very comfortable. The property is not visible all around. It's quiet. But in 30 minutes you can walk to the bakery/supermarket. It takes a maximum of 4 minutes by car. The beaches can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The pool with the covered barbecue area was our highlight. Booked again for next year.

We had a great week in this house. The house is functional and the charm of this one is the exteriors with its garden not overlooked, its terrace and its splendid swimming pool. An ideal geographical location not very far from the beaches and the town center of les sables d'olonnes, even if a vehicle is necessary The owner is welcoming and put the swimming pool in operation for us before the effective date of June 1st.
