Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course 9 km. Please note: car recommended. The pool is situated on a fenced ground of 500 m2 accessible through a door secured. Good starting point for golf fans (Anjou Golf at Champigné 9 km, Golf d'Angers at St Jean des Mauvrets at 49 km, Golf de Sablé at Solesmes at 35 km).

We spent an idyllic weekend in this beautiful residence. It is an old building full of charm with a large park, a swimming pool, very well decorated and fitted out. We were 14 adults, we had plenty of space. The welcome was very warm by the person who takes care of the rental. We will return there without difficulty. It really is an address to remember.

Superb, for those who love authentic charm! Sufficiently equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Beautiful garden with natural shade, refreshing pool, ample garden furniture, private tennis court! We enjoyed a wonderful stay!! If there must be a downside, most bedrooms are on the street side, so there is some traffic noise.
