The location is good, near the center and the beach, for parking some hours are complicated with the crowds of the center. After going up the 4 floors without a lift, smell bad because of the bin under the fridge so cleaning and dishes not clean. Sewer smell regularly. Otherwise the apartment is very well exposed and practical all the same.
