The apartment is very well located, close to the sea, a 5-minute walk, and about 10 minutes from the city center. The only drawback was that there was no microwave as indicated, and the pan was unusable; there was a hole in the middle of the black coating on the inside of the pan. This made it difficult to cook. And only one fan for both corners for sleeping. Difficult when it is very hot during the night.

Very nice location, quiet area and shops nearby, accessible to all places in Grau-du-Roi, beach, restaurant... The only downside is the bathtub in the bathroom which would be simpler if there was a shower.
