Apparently great, an impeccable view of the bull releases. The name of the building is hidden when passing by car but easy to spot on foot. We came to spend a few days with the family and we do not regret the choice of the apartment. The only thing we could suggest would be to change the broom and the mop for the tenants who would like to clean during their vacation and see for a safety barrier on the stairs for families who have children.

we had a good holiday, the apartment is good, clean, well equipped and close to the sea (5mnt) and shops. Staircase is not easy to go down and can be dangerous it is good to have a private and closed parking space. Thanks to the whole team!

The apartment is very well located in a quiet area and everything is 200 meters away, shops, beaches, ports, no need for a car on site, moreover the apartment has a closed private parking lot so secure, I will go back.

Nice and well-appointed duplex apartment for the holidays... Its geographical location is not bad with access to the city center and the beaches in less than 5 minutes by tap... Point of improvement; The parking space is for a "majorette" car and the vacuum cleaner needs to be changed!

The apartment is great. The 2 faults are the stairs which are really steep and the parking lot, indeed if all the other pitches are occupied you will not be able to park or exit your vehicle. You really need a small car...

Ideally located (very close to the shopping streets and the beach at the end of the street) this apartment corresponds to the description. Well supplied in terms of crockery, the mattresses are good. Despite the proximity to the city center, the environment is calm. The only downside would be its parking space which is not designed for a large car if all the other parking spaces are full since they prevent any maneuvers (10 min to get out of our party!), we did not return there again ...
