The apartment is very clean, fully equipped and very quiet. Directly on the beach.

After consulting an erosion engineer who carried out an on-site assessment, we learned of the dilapidated condition of the building, which also explained the smell of mold in the bathroom and the drains. It was also very noisy and the adjacent apartments were rented to staff = noise at night and cigarette smoke.
