€723 for a weekly seasonal rental with deplorable sleeping conditions is unacceptable. The agency offered us a mattress topper even though the problem was with the box spring, as we reported at the start of our stay. This sleeping problem has been reported several times since 2021 and no solution has been provided, this is unacceptable coming from a seasonal real estate professional!

The apartment is very small. When the sofa bed is folded out, the closet can no longer be opened and it is difficult to get through between them. There is no room for a suitcase. The sofa bed cushions cannot be stowed away. The apartment looks out onto a very busy square where there is a lot of noise in the evenings and into the night. Collecting the key in Hossegor was problematic because the code did not work.
