We had a pleasant stay with 4 people, without being on top of each other, in this Cozy house. The terrace, not overlooked at the back, was very welcome. The bathroom with a very practical shower, the kitchen was fairly well equipped, the bedding comfortable, and the garage for very practical storage. A small downside was the cleanliness of the dishes, which we systematically rewashed by hand (the dishwasher was not very efficient).

Practical furnishings and equipment in rooms and kitchen. Showering is not wheelchair accessible as you shower in the bathtub. The covers on the sofa and armchairs were worn and a bit stained. The garage was practical for storage. About 15 minutes walk to Plage de Nauzan beach. The wide-angle shots on the website make the rooms in the holiday home look larger than they actually are. Shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot, by bike and by car.

Too bad this house is getting worse every year... The awning and its operating system need replacing. The bathtub too. Mold on the bathroom tiles. The kitchen utensils leave something to be desired. The kitchen shutter cannot be opened completely (due to shrub hedges). Coat hooks with clips would be welcome.

Very functional house, very pleasant and within walking distance of the beach of Nauzan as well as the park of Nauzan very appreciated for its greenery, ideal place for walks with our little dog. The house is very clean, well equipped with equipment and accessories, and located in a very quiet location. We recommend this rental.

The house is well located, but it is better to be conveyed to move around. Close to the sea, the town center and the shops. The house is friendly.
