Spacious apartment, good decor but * very insufficient interior VENTILATION (humidity and some cockroaches) * used and insufficient kitchen utensils: eg missing paring knife, tongs and skewers for seafood ... * terrace table mentioned in a photo unusable (rusted and chipped)

Pleasant and quiet apartment despite its proximity to the Grand Boulevard. Not very far from the beach (on foot) Near downtown, also on foot. It's perfect!

Quiet residence but close to the center and the beach. Functional apartment but lack of cutlery, if you don't wash the cutlery by hand, you run a dishwasher 3/4 empty.

Very good "mid-week" stay in this apartment, very well located, close to the beach and the shops of the city center. A downside, however, on the insufficient ventilation of the accommodation.

We are used to holiday cottages, this one is well located for everything... the beaches, the shopping, the walks etc.. and also the residence is very quiet.. we slept well and took advantage of the sun which was from the part. very good holidays thank you
