Excellent accommodation and everything available including BBQ

The house was very clean, quiet and ideal for us as it has a closed garden which was perfect for the dog. The appliances were clean and looked fairly new. The position was good to walk into Mimizan and only ten minutes by car to the beach. Improvements would be a more comfortable sofa bed, a non slip base in the shower with a place for shampoo and a better quality shower curtain that doesn't stick to you while showering. A bath mat would also be useful. Overall however good value for money

Perfect location well appointed, consistent with the description. All equipment in very good condition, good bedding. Lots of space and very quiet. Ideal location to enjoy the lake, access the beaches by bike, or go to the center of Mimizan. Only downside is the somewhat unstable internet connection.

Clogged pipe, with WC going up and faulty flush. This spoiled the start of our stay a bit, even if the pipe had been repaired!!

Top rental. I recommend just a small improvement in the bathroom: shower curtain to be installed. And beware for dog owners, the rental is not fenced on some sides of the house. We really appreciated the house, its services, its cleanliness, its bedding, the dishwasher and the washing machine, its location and the professionalism of the professionals of the agency.
