Location is more than perfect! Though the beds are not the most fomfortable and an airconditioning would be welcome in the hot summertemperatures, the accomodation has all the necessities. I would definitely recommend.

Well located on a very busy avenue where we expected to have noise but not with the restaurant below. The bedding is average, the accommodation was dirty, the crockery chipped, the shower curtain... might as well put nothing, the washing machine I pass! Obligation to put cushions under your buttocks to enjoy the sofas! Positive point the accommodation is great.

Our second visit to Biarritz. Very good apartment. Only drawback was v limited range of cutlery (example: no large serving spoon)in the kitchen. Kitchen itself was new & modern. Explains why I have ticked Poor under kitchen. XXX & the staff in the office are v pleasant & efficient. We are returning again next year.
