1-room studio 25 m2 on 2nd floor. Bright, beautiful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating.

As a studio appartment, good value for the price. However it could be improved at little cost such better quality furnitue on the balcony and additional armchair. One or two issues in the appartment, no bread knife, the pop up waste disc in the bathroom sink was missing and the shower curtain far too long. Must give credit to the office manager who helped with a problem on my arrival.

The bed is not very comfortable. The furniture on the balcony leaves a lot to be desired, and given the size of the studio, it is difficult to live in it to make it comfortable and pleasant.
