Great, very quiet location right next to Pereire beach. Bakery about 10 minutes away on foot. It's worth renting a bike for Arcachon/Moulleau. What's really missing is a sunshade for the balcony, as it's too hot, especially in the morning.

In the apartment, practical equipment not adapted and other equipment worn, even in poor condition or not repaired. An impractical key collection system only from 4 p.m. and only in the agency. Bad value for money.
