The apartment is small but has everything you need for a short stay. Its location, almost on the beach, is ideal. There is some traffic on the road right in front of the building, but the apartment is well soundproofed: once the window is closed, you can hardly hear anything. One downside: when I arrived, I found the kitchen and bathroom poorly equipped; I had to buy a cloth and dish soap for the kitchen, and soap and shower gel for the bathroom.

The big NEGATIVE point is the location to park your car. No allocated space in the building's parking lot. You have to park outside and everything is paid. Otherwise, nothing to say. Everything was good. An exceptional view of the ocean and the ramparts.
