The accommodation matches the photos and description, convenient for visiting nearby towns (Cancale, Dinard), discovering the nearby beach, or reaching the center of Intramuros, even with the nearby bus. The garage is large and comfortable, although maneuvering space is a bit limited for large vehicles. A few more household items would be helpful, such as toilet paper and laundry detergent, which we purchased and left for subsequent guests.

Very well located quiet. Suitable for young children all the baby equipment is on site (travel cot, mattress, baby sheets, changing mat, potty, even the stroller). Which is not marked in the ad. We had a good stay in this apartment despite the hot water tank which broke down. Just the bed which is a little small it would need at least 160/200. We met the owners who are very nice. Very well equipped on the other hand too much crockery

We have been travelling to France for almost 30 years. Almost exclusively with Interchalet. This apartment exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well-kept, lovingly and practically furnished, nothing was missing. Simply great. It is actually only 10 minutes to the beach. And we usually took the bus into the city centre. For 3 people max. 5 euros, which is enough to drive around for 1.5 hours. Great and during the week until 11 p.m. Tip: rent the towels. Top quality

correct accommodation, but the garage is inaccessible too narrow and lacks space to maneuver in the interior courtyard and if you have achieved the feat of returning, you are not sure that you are hunting to open the doors to unload! ditto for the unusable balcony as the incessant din of the passage of cars and motorbikes is unbearable in short expensive paid for services that are not! moreover the landing step is bad and dangerous (adaptation of a construction error)
