We had a wonderful time in the holiday home in Loctudy, starting with the welcome with a delicious Breton cake, cider in the fridge and fresh hydrangeas on the table, through to many beautiful excursions in the surrounding area and further afield.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this house. Everything was there, nothing was missing in the clean, comfortable holiday home. The owner was a very nice lady and spoiled us on arrival with a great cake, a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bottle of cider for the evening.

The house had all the necessary features and was in a quiet location. No street noise! The facilities were complete, we didn't miss anything! The landlady was very friendly and accommodating, conversations in French were no problem for us. The proximity to the beach was just right for us, within walking distance, we could hear the sea at high tide, there were several beaches.

We felt very comfortable. The house is well equipped in every respect. The location is very quiet, there is a beautiful white beach nearby, 4 minutes by car. Our landlady is a very kind, hospitable lady who looked after us very well and even baked a wonderful Breton apple pie and provided a bottle of delicious cider as a welcome. We were very lucky with the weather. There is a lot to see and good shopping opportunities.

1300 € per week is much, much too expensive for the service actually provided by this rental whose rooms are under the roof, impossible to sleep there in hot weather (poor insulation) and whose furniture is tired (the beds ) and the ubiquitous mosquitoes (I advised the owner to install mosquito nets). Only positive points: the beach accessible on foot and a large tree that shades the car.
