We appreciated the garage and the elevator, the calm of the building. As soon as you arrive, you are seduced by the pretty decoration, the fairly complete kitchen equipment, the good size and the clarity of the apartment, but little by little you become aware of the design and construction flaws. In bulk, a few examples: > no wardrobe to put rain clothes, wet or not, they must be put with dry clothes or on the backs of chairs, > the bathroom is well designed, but poorly made, the sink leans in such a way that there is always water in it and, of course, you always manage to wet a towel or a piece of clothing in it > the "wardrobe" bed is not designed for people 1.85 m tall and if it seems firm the first night, it seems harder and harder the following nights > the terrace is quite narrow and separated from the apartment by a kind of threshold which can cause falls > the instructions for use (heating in particular) are insufficient ….
