Large, light and very fully equipped holiday home in a quiet residential area. Largely renovated, only bathroom and toilet on the ground floor are a bit dated. Close to the beach and boulevard Perros-Guirec and a good base for sightseeing in the beautiful surroundings.

Accommodation conforms to the description. Very well equipped to stay comfortably for 7. Ideal location in a quiet area, while being close to points of interest. Perfect for starting many hikes in a magnificent area.

The children were happy to have so much space. Parents satisfied with the calm of the neighborhood. But the beach is some distance away and I personally struggled with the returns from the beach as you have to walk back up either a lot of steps or an uphill path. This is a very personal reflection since I am 82 years old. Thanks to the owner for her hospitality. We had a great vacation.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. In just 15-20 minutes you can walk to the center of Perros-Guirec where all kinds of shops are present. In the house everything from kitchen equipment available. Two shower rooms and two toilets which is handy with 2 couples. Top holiday home and correct landlord / owner. Recommended.

Very quiet, comfortable and spacious house. Located close to amenities (10 minutes walk from the town center) and easy to access. We spent 2 weeks of pleasant family holidays (couple with 2 teenage girls).
