Charming apartment, well decorated and well located: but why only one key for 6 people and no automatic opening of the front door by intercom? Very bad technical platform: we suffered a tumble dryer breakdown and a kitchen and laundry room flood due to the washing machine refusing to drain. We are asking for compensation for these incidents. No apology from the reception who, when we left, as we had forgotten the Interhome document, also threatened to withhold €50 from us…
