The amenities (kitchen) and location of the house were very good. The beach is within easy reach, and the street is very quiet. Unfortunately, it wasn't very clean (dust, cobwebs, etc.) and needed a thorough cleaning. The garden furniture was also not in good condition. As were some parts of the house (loose fixtures, fuse box, dirty drains, broken vacuum cleaner, etc.).

We would have liked more cleanliness in the dishes and storage in the kitchen drawers but also in the other rooms. The floors were not impeccable either! The lack of hot water on the evening of arrival worried us and made us wonder about the rest of the stay. A 2nd entry key would not have been too much. Too bad for a beautiful rental!

The cozy and quiet house was equipped with everything a family could wish for. We spent wonderful hours, cooking together and having fun. We couldn't use the garden, but that was only because the weather was a bit too cool.

House without ventilation and smell bad on arrival. To receive young children it is disappointing. Cleaning done for the tenants what a joy. We gave 860€ rental. Thank you so much.

good points : less than 10 mins to a quiet beach lots of crockery and cutlery and utensils large pans comfy beds private enclosed garden good parking for up to 3 cars well stocked supermarket less than 10 mins walk away garden in the sun all day less good points : not enough mugs no toilet rolls or cleaning cloths left in the house garden dining seats not the best no BBQ bit of a walk to rubbish bin and recycling facility

Pleasant house but beware of several elements that can affect your rental: - you must arrive precisely between 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. (even with a long journey where it is difficult to predict the time of arrival) - sheets and linen rented but no bath mat to get out of the shower (1 provided disposable but for 2 weeks) - chest of drawers in the children's room broken - very little storage and hanging space for clothes - having to throw waste in the common bins far from the house

Very nice house, bright and well arranged! We spent 5 days and 4 nights very pleasant comfortable bedding and quiet corner. A little out of the way from the center (not easy to go back and forth with little ones). I recommend !

Pretty pavilion, spacious, pleasant to live in and very well equipped. The vast garden allows young children to play outside. Calm neighborhood. The beach is a bit far on foot, but at the same time too close to go by car. Teenagers could complain about being a bit far from the city center and entertainment. We had a very good stay there, and the Interhome staff was very responsive to our needs.

We had a very pleasant stay in this family home near Cap Frehel, Cancale, Dinan, St Malo, enough to visit the region without difficulty. Well equipped, quiet, very clean. The bathroom door does not lock upstairs, this is the only point of progress to report to the agency. The kitchen is super nice.

Lots of writing about cleanliness and current sanitary guidelines, but the reality of this rental is quite different. !! No toilet ventilation, dirty switch. Cloakroom at the entrance, a dump. Broken ice cube tray. Dirty kitchen ceiling. Wardrobe and drawers with "clothes", dirty bedside table, basket of linens in the bathroom "private do not touch". etc., etc. Rental too expensive, but you have to pay intermediaries...interhome, Holidu... There is no quality control.

A little curiosity: we book accommodation with Abritel in November, bed and household linen included and we went to Interhome without this linen... Weird, weird... The Interhome staff is very pleasant, welcoming and pro!

All in all a great and tasteful holiday home with lots of space and good facilities! The mattress in the largest bed was quite saggy and there were only continuous duvets-we didn't have any suitable bed linen with us. In addition, the WLAN was not particularly there was no German TV.

Close to the beach so you can walk there. Very quiet area. It would have been interesting to have a welcome booklet in the accommodation to suggest places, visits, restaurants, outings... within a reasonable perimeter around the accommodation. Some kitchen utensils were dirty, some small inconveniences related to the usual operation of a house but lag3ence was able to offer the intervention the same day of a professional.
