Chalet Mendiaux

The accommodation is quietly located and large enough for three couples. However, upon moving in, the cleanliness wasn't up to the standard for the rent. Not all trash cans had been emptied, and some of the windows underneath were so streaked that we had to clean them ourselves. The floor hadn't been mopped either, and we found it dirty. The bathroom mirror in one room still had water stains, and there was toothpaste residue from the previous tenant in the basin. The hinges were loose, which we had to repair ourselves.

Pleasant chalet, very well equipped, spacious, but it's a shame that this positive side is marred by the very questionable cleanliness of the kitchen, which forced us to start by cleaning this room (cupboards, drawers, utensils that we were going to use), fridge and Co to feel comfortable in this rental.

The house in general was fine, but the cleaning was terrible. There were dirty floors, cobwebs, disposable sheets from previous tenants still on, dirty oven, dirty old mop, dirty broom, non-working vacuum cleaner.
