Great apartment near the center and the cable cars Very well equipped We had a great stay

Very disappointed with this dilapidated apartment, the only positive point is the proximity to the gondola. Very noisy because overlooks the road, impossible to have lunch on the balcony or to leave the window open. The VMC operates continuously and the motor must be above the chamber! Very poorly equipped and no welcome kit so you have to bring everything from home! The fridge was broken when we arrived, it was replaced but without a freezer, not great in the middle of summer!

I booked through XXX and Interhome manages the rental... The two organizations ask me for my opinion on the rental... Coordination between the two organizations would be desirable.... I will not answer the two

The good points; near the cable car, one bedroom, elevator and parking. For the rest, everything is very old in this apartment which has remained in its juice since the 70s. No small attention on arrival. You must redeem EVERYTHING. We feel that out of the 900 euros of the weekly rental absolutely NO euro is reinvested in the apartment to improve it or to think about the comfort of the tenant, to make his life easier. Just profit. So very average value for money.
