Basic cleaning, unusual TV start-up (not reported to the tenant), no coat rack in the bathroom, bedroom cupboard too cluttered to be used, a sled under the bed in the middle of summer, a vacuum cleaner brush that cannot be used. I deplore a lack of rigor in checking the condition of the apartment.
