Rental well placed for access to the gondola, beautiful volumes, good soundproofing. Clean residence. The view of the gondola car park is not great, but you don't have everything. Lack of storage in the room and a drying rack. Mattress of the very dirty double bed, very noisy box spring, sofa bed which partially closes when you are lying down. garage in the basement not to be used if you do not have a small car or a 4x4, very difficult to climb the ramp with an SUV

Queen mattress is average when it comes to comfort. It lacks a few household appliances such as: soup stand, mixer... Internet at an additional cost.

Good location. Excellent equipment, but unfortunately manuals for the electrical equipment (microwave / oven / electric hob with child lock as it turned out) only in French. Spacious closet space. Unfortunately, the only shortcoming is annoyingly creaky wooden beds, so that everyone wakes up with every turn in bed.
