a dirty, unsavory house with far too little space for six people. Lamps were missing, lamps did not work, cobwebs against the wall / ceiling, a shelf was missing under the sink, so there was dirt underneath which was not cleaned and the refrigerator was missing a drawer and a rack was missing in the door. We had counted on a bedroom on the loft just like the six-person apartment that we had rented last year through your organization. Despite the costs we pay to clean the house, this did not happen.
