Pleasant stay, well maintained apartment. Well equipped for families with small children. Just lacks a little storage, a row of wall units in the living room would not be too much. And finally, I don't know how the hot water flow is regulated, but in the other apartments of the residence, it is possible to take showers or wash dishes with much hotter water...
