I found this experience very pleasant. The agency is both close when needed and both distant in the sense that they have remained very discreet. The receipt of the keys in the safe and the checkout by the letterbox, the apartment was very clean and the welcome pack was very good with toilet paper, dishwashing liquid or dish towels.
