Nice little ground floor apartment, well equipped, with a beautiful plot and a magnificent view of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. The area is very quiet, and there is a train stop nearby. We were not bothered by the person who occupies the first floor. She was very discreet. Quite close to the city center. It just lacks a garden furniture, to enjoy the outdoors.

Ideally located accommodation in a quiet area. No need for a car. Clean and well equipped. Large garden for the dog. And breathtaking views of Mont Blanc. We were able to have lunch on the terrace all week. We will be back. Recommended.

Apartment well placed 10 minutes walk from the city center, exceptional view of Mont Blanc, large park impeccable for the dog. Lack of a dishwasher, bathroom ventilation that does not work, and instead of the owner I will change the gas stove I will take gas burners but electric oven. Otherwise very satisfied with our week.

We have been returning regularly for five years and are always extremely satisfied. This year we also had the surprise of the newly renovated bathroom. Of course we will be back again next year Congratulations to both the Agency and the Property.

On the other hand, we had to wash the plates, the glasses as well as the kettle and the electric coffee maker (all dirty) before being able to serve them. The general cleaning seemed to us a little limited (floors). Apart from that, the bedding is very good and we had a pleasant stay in this very beautiful region.

We come back every summer with joy and we find ourselves better and better. The house has all the comforts, is fully equipped and is pleasant both inside and in the garden with its wonderful view of Mont Blanc. The location in relation to the center of Chamonix is only a 10 minute walk and the contact persons are always available and courteous. We will be back again next year

Apartment very well located with all the comforts for 4 people, spacious, clean and practical whose garden offers an extraordinary view of the entire Mont Blanc range. We are under the Aiguille du Midi and we can spend hours in the deck chairs in the garden enjoying the exceptional setting. The apartment itself is bigger than it looks in the photos. Note that there is a real fridge after the freezer section. Ideal living conditions.

Magnificent view of Mont Blanc. Apartment well equipped (very good bedding) and well located (a few minutes walk from the bus stop and the bakery), quiet street. Easy parking. Vast garden.

The apartment was great.A 10 minute walk to the center of Chamonix or a 1 minute walk to the Train Bus stops. Well appointed . Plenty of kitchen utensils etc Lots of space. It was also nice to have the garden running down to the river. The only down side for some of us was no Wi-Fi and the basic TV with no English-language channels. But we are not in Chamonix to play on lap top or watch TV.
