Disappointment: The refrigerator no longer works. The sofa bed (double bed) squeaks at the slightest movement, the mattress is so thin that you can feel the metal structure underneath. The windows insulate only a little from the noise (2 parties until 2am under the windows / 3 nights). Provide something to prevent the little ones from falling out of bed. The whole is clean (but carpet on the floor). The bathroom is correct and the towel dryer efficient. Great location.

The noise of the extractor fans in the kitchen and in the bathroom, always running, make it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room; and the noise from the ventilation equipment in the restaurant on the ground floor make it impossible to enjoy the terrace, which has unbeatable views. For the rest, the apartment is typical of a ski resort, of fair size and equipment, although it is perfectly located, being able to walk everywhere.
