Beautiful, spacious apartment right next to the cable car to Brevent. Magnificent views of the Aiguille de Midi and Mont Blanc from the balcony. Access to the garden at the rear. The apartment is well-maintained and equipped with everything you need. Perfect for one or more weeks. We were there as a couple, but it also easily accommodates four people. About 300 meters from the center, on a gentle slope. A great area, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Getting the keys and to the apartment is a huge hassle as the locations are not near each other and the apartment is uphill. The location of the apartment is perfect for skiing due to its proximity to the lift. Views were great on either side of the building, with a lovely outdoor porch. The inside is very dated and not well maintained as there was paint & dust flying around when the outside winds picked you’d company also made you pay extra for basic amenities or buy them yourself.

The apartment is very well located, a breathtaking view and well equipped/furnished even if we would have appreciated a small garden furniture on the terrace to fully enjoy it. I highly recommend this apartment for your stays in Chamonix, close to shops and all amenities.

We have been to Chamonix six times and it is the best apartment we have ever stayed in. We always found some very small and old places. We thought that everything in Chamonix was like that until now. Good apartment, bright, clean and relatively modern. Incredible views!!

Nice, spacious and clean apartment. A few remarks about the equipment: -1 microwave would be welcome as well as an iron and the pans would need to be changed -the drying rack is a little "tight" for a family of 4 people -bed a little difficult to access in the room Despite these remarks, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great apartment. Fabulous location directly opposite the Brevent lift up to the slopes. Literally 50 metres walk. Clean and airy apartment with two balconies, two Double sofa beds, and bunk bed (1x double bed, 1x single bed). Well equipped kitchen. Onsite parking directly opposite apartment entrance. Less than 10 min walk into centre of town.

Well located for skiing but the layout is not functional, especially the bedding; we also deplored the absence of a microwave oven! Overall everything is a little faded and lacks warmth.

The bedroom with a double bed is worthy of a boarding school from the 60s. A freshening of the paintings would be very desirable
