The kitchen-meal layout is a bit unusual. In our opinion, we would prefer a small table surrounded by chairs. But we put up with it.

- Positive points: particularly well located in chamonix (very close to shops / village paths / praz gondola / prairie), 15 min walk from the station, on the ground floor but with a view of the massif, well-equipped. - Negative points: very small (to be avoided in winter) and above all no parking (car to be parked underground in the Le Mont Blanc car park located 10 min walk away at 47 euros/week).

...problem of sound insulation. No outside noise because in a quiet residence, but you can hear everything the neighbors on the upper floors say / do. Really disappointing. Otherwise very pleasant south-facing terrace and comfortable bedding. Well appointed studio.

We spent a week in this studio in Chamonix and this week was perfect. The studio itself is ideal for two people. The equipment is perfect and what about the terrace which offers a magnificent panorama over part of Mont Blanc and the valley. The location is also perfect as it is only 2 minutes walk from the lively streets of Chamonix. In short, as soon as we return to Chamonix, this apartment will be at the top of our rental list.
