Outside is ample roadside parking and an enclosed courtyard to the rear. The Old Swan is a beautiful home to stay with the family in the stunning Cotswolds.

Area
The market town of Malmesbury is located on a hilltop in the southern Cotswolds. Steeped in history and offering visitors over 400 listed buildings, a 15th century Market Cross, a 7th century Benedictine abbey, an annual carnival and many independent shops, cafes and traditional pubs, there is much to explore. Abbey House Gardens can also be found in Malmesbury, and the annual Womad Music Festival is close by at Charlton Park. The area offers many country houses, including Rodmarton Manor and Gardens, and Chavenage House.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Ample free parking on high street in front of the property. An enclosed courtyard garden. 2 well-behaved pets welcome at £25 per pet per stay (ground floor only and not allowed on furniture). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and cafe 2 mins walk. Note: Check in time is from 4pm. Please be advised: This property is only suitable for a maximum of 8 guests including infants, due to the size and seating arrangements of the downstairs areas. Note: The property restricts from charging usage of any EV vehicles

A wonderful cottage in a brilliant location, the owner (Rupert) has worked hard to ensure that there's plenty of information about what to do locally and there's a very good supply of local maps to help find a walk that will suit all ages and abilities..

Fantastic cottage, loads of atmosphere and very comfortable beds, our only criticism would be no wardrobe or hanging space in second en suite.. The village itself was amazing, very friendly and the cottage couldn’t have been in a better position and came with everything we needed, we will definitely be going back to Sherston, a real find.

Beautiful cottage, central location to a lovely village, good pub over the road plus a well stocked village shop.. The Old swan is beautiful decorated with soft furnishings and lovely curtains and blinds. The only down side is the house sleeps 8 comfortably but there is not enough cooking equipment for that amount of people for evening meals.

Our first time in the Cotswolds - had a grand time, which was made even better by staying in such a fantastic place (absolutely charming village and fantastic cottage)..
