With West Wittering Beach just a seven-minute walk away, this family home sets the scene for an easy-going south coast stay. In summer, the garden comes into its own with a private heated pool, hot tub, and alfresco barbecue terrace. Come winter, the log burner in the elegant lounge is just as inviting. There’s plenty to keep little ones entertained too, from a trampoline and football goals to a games room and TV snug. Set close to East Wittering, you’re a short drive from shops and restaurants. Although with a local pub just a short walk away, you may not need the car at all.

Home truths:
*While this home can accommodate six children in a bunkbed room and a twin room, the maximum adult occupancy is four guests. For this reason, the host does not accept all-adult group bookings.
*If you’re travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You’ll need to request these in advance.
*The heated swimming pool is available from 1st May to 30th September.
*There is parking for up to five cars.
*This is a lived-in family home. You should expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.
