Nestled between Chichester and the coast, this home makes for an ideal family getaway in West Sussex. In the Victorian main house, traditional sash windows offer quaint country views, while the sliding patio doors offer direct access to a quintessential English garden – though the swimming pool is a surprising addition. A separate two-bedroom annexe is ideal for family groups seeking a little more privacy – it has its own entrance and garden. Little ones are well looked after here, too, with their own bunk room and toys. It's easy to do a day at the beach from here – Bognor Regis is twenty minutes away – and car enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Goodwood.

*The maximum occupancy of this home is 14 adults and 4 children, who will sleep in two bunk beds.
*The home comprises a main house with four bedrooms and an independent, step-free annexe with two bedrooms. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on two sofa beds in the main house – one is in a second lounge and the other in bedroom three.
*The super king beds at this home can be arranged as twins on request.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st June and 30th September. It's unfenced, so please supervise children at all times.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you.
*A home is necessary here to get the most out of your stay. There is driveway parking at the main house for up to six cars, and at the annexe for up to two cars.
*Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Please note that this home is fitted with a noise-monitoring device.
