There are two gardens, one leading to a coastal path, and one with a hot tub – the perfect spot for relaxing after a day spent at the beach. The house has been designed to maximise the sea views, with an upside-down layout that allows the living and dining spaces to look out over the water. Elmer Village is a ten-minute walk away, and you can easily drive to Bognor Regis from here.

Home truths:
*Up to two small and medium-sized dogs are welcome to join you during your stay. They must not be left unsupervised or allowed on the furniture or in the carpeted bedrooms.
*There’s private parking for three cars here, with an electric vehicle charger available.
*Your host can provide a travel cot and high chair for little ones.
*Your host kindly asks that you respect the quiet hours from 11pm-7am.
*Your host provides two stand-up paddleboards and a kayak.
