The flexible accommodation is perfect for friends or families planning a seaside escape with plenty of room for nine people. Centrally located in Southwold, with the shops, cafes and pubs on the doorstep… there’s even a beach hut for hire too! Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs. Size: sleeps 9 in 5 bedrooms

Parking: private parking for one large or two small cars.
General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Central heating and wood-burner. One small basket of logs is provided on arrival (November-March). No smoking.
Pets: 1 pet welcome but must be kept downstairs at all times. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property.

Notes: guests booking Holeystone Cottage will have first refusal of the Beach Hut, unless the booking is late and the hut is already booked.
