Beach Croft is a single-storey holiday home with three bedrooms including a double, a twin and a single, along with a shower room, a sun room and an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge/freezer, and washing machine. For entertainment there is a TV with Freeview and DVD, and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking in the communal car park, and shared use of communal grassed grounds with furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach all within 0.7 miles. Please note that due to site rules the owner is unable to take any bookings for working parties. 7-night bookings and Friday check-in and check-out only. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Beach Croft is a lovely choice for a seaside break in Suffolk.

The quiet Suffolk coastal village of Kessingland is nestled between Southwold and Lowestoft, on the 'Sunrise Coast' a region of Suffolk enjoying 27 miles of award-winning beaches and part of the Suffolk Heritage Coastline, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering unspoilt beaches, beautiful heath lands and a wealth of nature reserves, including NT Dunwich Heath and RSPB Minsmere, along with pretty southern Broadland market towns. Kessingland enjoys good beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.
