Sea View is a lovely bungalow located in the village of Kessingland, East Anglia. Hosting three bedrooms; a double, a double with en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is off-road parking in car park, and shared use of communal grassed grounds with furniture. Rested just minutes from the beach and with coastal views, Sea View is a fabulous cottage in a scenic part of England.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin and 1 x double with en-suite shower room. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Area
Kessingland enjoys beach fishing and local amenities include pubs, restaurants, shops, a tea room, children's park and the award-winning attraction Africa Alive. Nearby Lowestoft has two piers, an active harbour with a marina and berthing for larger ships, a golden sandy beach with attractions which include scuba diving, snorkelling, kite surfing and jet skiing, and a cinema and a theatre. Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments.

Region
Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways – East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

Shop 10 mins walk, pub 1.3 miles, beach 2 mins walk. Note: Dog to be kept on a short lead when outside the property anywhere on the Kessingland Cottages site. Please note: Due to site rules the owner is unable to take any bookings for working parties. Please note: No stag/ hen or similar.

Nice small bungalow and does look over the sea, could be a little cleaner especially the on suite shower room floor.. The private garden for dogs is across the lawn with a locked gate and no key, and is very small and overgrown so not suitable at all. Plus 68 steps to the beach but with a good hand rail again locked gate but with a key in the bungalow, not really suitable for the older person or anybody who is not fit. All in all a great location for places to visit Lowerstoft and Great Yarmouth is great for children with sandy beaches and nice and flat for walking along the proms.

The bungalow is in a perfect position with views out to sea.. The area is very dog friendly, both shops and restaurants welcome your pet. This is our fourth visit to Kessingland Cottages but the first to this property. We would gladly return to this bungalow with no hesitation whatsoever.

A good location, and excellent parking facilities.. A warm, comfortable and disabled-friendly property. The propoerty was well-equipped, and trhe owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

I went away with my sister and our children aged 13, 13 and 9 for her birthday.. The cottage was located in a nice quiet area with a few steps to the coast. The owner Sylvie was really accommodating we arrived quite late as we booked the cottage on the same day Sylvie was really accommodating we called her quite late in the evening and she didn't mind at all. I would recommend this cottage we enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. We have definitely found our stay-cation and will be back soon.
