Castle View is an elegant first and second floor apartment above a bridal studio in the heart of the pretty Somerset village of Dunster. The cottage sleeps five people in a double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom on the second floor, with shower room. On the first floor is an open plan living space. With views to the castle, Castle View is a charming base for a memorable Somerset break.

Dunster is a popular tourist village near the North Somerset coast and is a largely unspoiled spot: the centre of the town retains many old buildings which hug the winding cobbled streets.

Somerset offers 3 areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty - the Quantock, Mendip and Blackdown Hills. Lose yourself in the glory of nature, take a ride on a steam train, visit a traditional farmer's market or explore your mystical side at Glastonbury.

This was a lovely self catering property - and the listing was correct in all aspects with the exception of the wi fi - which was limited and it would of been useful to have that knowledge before our visit..

The apartment is very attractive and well appointed, set in a perfect location, right below beautiful Dunster Castle, and close to the shops, cafes and restaurants.. The owner phoned me before the holiday with lots of information which made things more personal. Booking was very straight foreward, and I have already given details to a friend.
