Cottage 1  New Yatt Farm This  cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated  a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from  which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being  close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford.  The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cosy sofas.  Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen  and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small AccommodationThe cottage has an open plan ground floor area.  The well equipped kitchen has a Falcon range cooker, a Meile dishwasher,  a Bosch washing machine and a Bosch tumble dryer plus an upright fridge /freezer.
There are 2 comfortable sofas and a log burner.
On the first floor the main bedroom has a And So to Bed superking bed with Hypnos mattress. The second bedroom is small but has 2 very comfy single beds.
The bathroom has a bath tub with handheld shower plus a shower over the bath
The cottage has ultra fast Gigaclear wifi.

A short drive to Estelle Manor, Soho Farmhouse and the Farmers Dog!!
