We arrived as a family to this beautiful cottage in a Gorgeous village to be told there was a problem with the plumbing
It took 2 days of my insistence to get it sorted, with a two days of our holiday lost waiting for a plumber so Sykes cottages said we could have a days recompense and a nominal sum for a meal as an apology
Exactly a month later and we’re still waiting for payment
Oh and I haven’t mentioned the girl from Sykes who said (and I quote) “I don’t have to get a plumber to sort this “ oh yeah - great response to a guy whose holiday is messed up
If you go make sure you walk around the, corner to the office to get things sorted
Ps fantastic neighbour helped out and equally fantastic Mrs Bumble in the deli opposite was a great help lus fantastic food
