The complex is found nestling by fields, a paddock and a couple of cottages dotted around as your neighbours, but it s a largely secluded position.

Cote is a small village close to Bampton for local pubs and shops or for main shopping area you have Witney, four miles away. The wonderful city of historical and academic Oxford is about 30 minutes' drive, Stratford upon Avon, for a thoroughly Shakespearean experience or Cheltenham, for horse racing, are accessible within an hour.
